Yehia El-Deraa is a professional Egyptian handball player, known for his exceptional skills on both the national and international stage. He plays for the Hungarian club Telekom Veszprém and is a key member of the Egyptian national team. Yehia has represented Egypt in multiple World Men's Handball Championships, including the 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2021 editions, as well as the 2016 Summer Olympics.
